The problem
Pamti lives where people already chat (Telegram) and on the web. It is also where the studio's agent-governed development system was first written down; the same system now runs the Promobet platform.
What I did
- 01Co-built Pamti as a TypeScript monorepo on Cloudflare Workers, Postgres and React 19, developed mainly by AI coding agents under written rules and CI quality gates.
- 02AI layer: model registry over OpenRouter, tool policies with confirmation for high-risk actions, an approval gateway with audit receipts and per-call cost tracking.
- 03Runs on a written development system: agent rules, phased plans with measurable success criteria, explicit human approval gates and a five-gate definition of done.
Where it stands
- In preview; not yet launched to production.
- Its development system is reused for the Promobet platform.
