The problem
The program had run without a project manager and was about a year past its original deadline. The apps were largely built but stuck: little client communication, unclear ownership and no shared plan.
What I did
- 01Introduced structured planning with clear task ownership.
- 02Set up a regular client communication rhythm.
- 03Unblocked the team on coordination rather than code: the apps were mostly built and stuck on communication and ownership.
