The problem
Construction and building-materials companies need CRM, materials, production, stock and warehouse management, and those usually live in separate tools. The platform brings them into one system, closer to an ERP than a plain CRM.
What I did
- 01Co-building an operations platform that brings CRM, materials, production, stock and warehouse management into one system.
- 02Building and validating it inside Promobet, an established manufacturer of decorative blocks and construction materials that is both launch customer and majority partner.
- 03Built on a serverless TypeScript stack (Cloudflare Workers, Hono, oRPC, Drizzle / Postgres, React 19) by AI coding agents working under written rules, phased plans with success criteria and CI quality gates.
- 04Co-leading product, development, marketing and sales as one of two founders.
