The problem
FonDigital needed a better internal tool to run its operations. CR HUB started there, then became a product other student organizations could use.
What I did
- 01Led product for CR HUB with 15 student front-end and back-end developers, using agile and lean startup methods.
- 02Wrote user stories and product requirements (functional, performance, usability) and ran voice-of-customer interviews.
- 03Owned the roadmap, backlog and software architecture.
