Almost everyone has a degree, so graduates struggle to stand out, and HR can't tell real skills from the generic lines everyone writes. Skills from student organizations, courses and self-learning are hard to verify.
What I did
- 01Interviewed HR professionals about how they assess candidates.
- 02Designed the architecture and user flows, and built a proof of concept.
- 03Presented it at FON and at the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
Where it stands
- Strong feedback from professors and researchers.
